Last updated: October 2026

This website (theinvisibletuba.com) belongs to the band The Invisible Tuba. This page explains which personal data we collect, what for, and who we share it with. For any question about your data, write to info@theinvisibletuba.com.

Cookies and Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to find out how many people visit the site and which pages they view. Google Analytics is only loaded if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice; if you reject, no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics collects data such as the pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and an anonymous identifier stored in cookies (_ga, _ga_*). This data may be processed by Google outside the European Union. More information: Google's privacy policy.

Your choice (accept or reject) is stored in your browser's local storage. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.

Shop and payments (Stripe)

Shop payments are made on Stripe Checkout (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.). Payment details (card, name, email, phone, shipping and billing address) are entered directly on Stripe and never go through our servers. We only receive from Stripe what is needed to process and ship the order (name, contact details and shipping address). Stripe may use its own cookies for fraud prevention. More information: Stripe's privacy policy.

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage, not on our server.

Quote requests

When you fill in the quote request form we receive the details you enter (name, email, event date and location, comments, etc.) by email. We use them only to answer your request and prepare the quote, and we send you a copy by email.

Newsletter (Brevo)

The newsletter subscription is managed by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). We keep your email only to send you news about concerts and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Third-party content

Some pages include YouTube videos (in privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) and Spotify players. When you play that content, YouTube or Spotify may collect data under their own policies. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@theinvisibletuba.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
